Dear friends, today I want to share with you a very simple and at the same time many favorite recipes for cheesecakes! So beautiful, rosy, moderately sweet, and with a pleasant crust! And very, very curd!
I don’t know about you but at the mention of the word cheesecakes a lot of positive and some kind of childish emotions pop up. Probably almost every child in childhood, mothers prepare cheesecakes for breakfast and generally just like that. For cheesecakes we need:
- 500g cottage cheese (better than homemade)
- 1 large chicken egg
- 2-3 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons flour for rolling curd cakes
- refined vegetable oil for frying
Getting started
Put the curd in a bowl and mash it well with a fork. Add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, and stir. Then add flour and mix everything well again. Now we put three tablespoons of flour in a plate separately (for rolling cheesecakes).
Pour some vegetable oil into the pan. Wet hands lightly with cold water. We collect the cottage cheese with a tablespoon and roll the ball well, roll it in flour, crush the excess flour, press the ball lightly so that the cheesecake remains approximately 1.5 cm thick, and put in a preheated pan. We do the rest exactly like that. Fry over medium heat until beautifully golden brown.
You can serve with sour cream, honey, jam…. generally further as you like! The cheesecakes are delicious and very cheesy!
